PRICE LIST

Enrolment dues for each team: 220 €

Rates for players, representatives and companions.

Hall of residence:

• 335 € per person
• Rates include meals from the 4 (dinner) to the 9 (breakfast) july.

Hotels *** and ****:

• 355 € per person
• Room + breakfast.
• 420 € per person
• Half board in hotel (5 meals).
• 470 € per person
• Full board in hotel. Rates include meals from the 4 (dinner) to the 9 (breakfast) july.

*Surcharge single room in hotel: 38 € per person/day.

Rates include:

• Housing according to the chosen option.
• Meals from the 4 (dinner) to the 9 (breakfast) july.
• Tournament matches (minimum 4).
• Ceremony of inauguration.
• Organisation staff.
• Medal for all participants.
• Free admission to all cerimonies.
• Visit F.C. Barcelona museum.
• Cup for the first 4 winners and 1º and 2º consolation prize for all categories.

If you want to stay more time you need to consult the organization staff.

ENROLMENT DUES

To enrol a team to the tournament you must fill and send the enrolment form and pay the enrolment dues (220 €).

PAYMENT

First payment

You must pay the enrolment dues plus 600 euros in order to book your accomodation. Deadline: 1st May. In case of cancellation, the organization will not reimburse the enrolment dues.

Final payment

Clubs must settle every bills outstanding before 1st june. Please, indicate in the bill the name and the code of your Club. The deadline to enrol new players and resign enrolled player is 1st june.

Cancellations

One month before tournament: 30€ per person plus enrolment dues.

Two weeks before tournament: 50€ per person plus enrolment dues.
